 Following 20 years on the wholesale side of the car business Rich entered the RV Industry in 1988 with Starcraft. WillRep opened as an independent rep agency in 1991 and has been the factory rep in western U.S and western Canada for Shadow Cruiser & subsequently Cruiser RV since 1991, and in the Rocky Mountain States for Pleasure Way since 1995. He has extensive retail experience with a strong belief in service to his customers. He is fully aware that your success as an RV dealer must come before his success as a factory rep.
Scott, too, has extensive experience with retail sales and management in the automotive industry, including ownership of his own dealership. His brother lured him to the RV Industry in January, 2005 where he has represented Cruiser RV and Pleasure Way in the 5 southwestern states. Scott has made "service" a priority throughout his working career and in two and a half short years has proven his dedicaton to excellence with service to his dealers never seen before by many. His training skills are excellent and his retail experience an asset.

 Tim is an Indiana native, a graduate of Purdue, and has extensive management experience in the restaurant industry before joining the RV industry in 1989. He managed a Cruise America Hub location before joining Casey's Recreational Sales in Denver, CO in 1994, where he progressed through positions as finance mgr., sales mgr, and his final position as general sales mgr. Tim sold Fun Finder trailers at Casey's & knows the product well. His retail experience will prove invaluable to his dealers in 6 northwestern states & Canada.
